
Pancakes/Оладки з Яблуками
250-300g plain flour
200 ml kefir
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
A pinch salt
Vanilla sugar to taste
Ingredients
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until dissolved.
Add the kefir, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the flour to form a medium-thick batter.
Add vanilla for flavour.
Oil your frying pan.
Add the batter to the frying pan and cook over moderate heat, turning on both sides.
To serve pancakes, we serve sour cream, any jam or honey.
Sprinkle with vanilla sugar
